After the New York Times article on the cover of the Sunday edition in October 2011, it was clear that Waldorf schools all approach the use and teaching of technology in different ways at different grade levels. This comprehensive survey was designed to fill in this information for all school communities and includes information about computers in offices and classrooms, curriculum indications in Waldorf schools in North America, practices and policies about the use of email, FaceBook, Linkedin, and in-classroom teaching. Completed in 2013 by Sam Glaze, experienced class teacher, the survey is useful for designing and understanding any school community’s approach to all the uses of technological tools in Waldorf schools and school communities.
